National Sweden Holding AB sells shares in National Gummi AB to the Trelleborg Group.

Halmstad – National Sweden Holding AB today announces that it has sold its shares in National Gummi AB, a leading manufacturer of rubber profiles, to the Trelleborg Group. This strategic decision will enable National Gummi to benefit from Trelleborg's extensive resources and expertise in the industry.

"We are confident that this is a positive step for National Gummi and its future growth. Trelleborg has a strong position in the market and will be able to add significant value," says Tom Rössel, CEO of National Sweden.

All parties look forward to working together to create long-term value for customers and shareholders.

Other operations, National Halmstad, National Plast, National Bredaryd, National Hogsäter and National Ghent, are not affected by this transition but will continue to be run and developed within the Group.
